Please note that leather goods crease and/or scuff easily. Although we take great care to avoid our leather goods from getting creased and/or scuffed, however, sometimes due to transit/shipping, it is unavoidable and out of our control. Although, we do not deliver items with glaring defects, we ask for your understanding for any minor scuffing you may see on some leather items.

Please note that the designer outlet stores are constantly having markdowns or special sales, therefore, from time to time, you will see an item you purchased with us for a higher price that suddenly is offered for a slightly lower price. We purchase inventory from designer outlets on a daily basis, which explains the difference in pricing for the same item you purchased. If we wait too long for an item to be markdown, then we run the risk of that item being sold out at the stores. We have no control over these pricing adjustments at the stores and appreciate your understanding. "

We offer local courier services for all bags. Local registered mail is offered for small items like wallets, pouches, wristlets,etc. We also ship overseas, accept payments like bank transfer (local banks, maybank for Malaysian customers) and via paypal (with additional 5% charges).
